Hot Pot - 打邊爐, also called 火鍋, brings friends and family together over a simmering feast. Pick your favourite ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms, pork belly, and crab sticks, and toss them into the pot. Keep an eye on what's cooking and scoop them up before anyone else. Wait too long and you might end up with nothing! Timing is everything if you want to enjoy the perfect meal.
