- FREE shipping within Canada for orders over $149**
- Flat rate shipping within Canada of $9.99 for orders under $149
** After all discounts, but before taxes and shipping
USA (Contiguous US)
$20 CAD flat-fee shipping avaliable for contiguous United States (48 states + DC).
Other locations
We are happy to ship to anywhere you live! Email us hello@yuto.ca with your address and items you like to order to get customized shipping rate based on location and weight.
yuto books is not responsible for the payment of any duty or import fees.
SHIPPING TIMES
Everything in a single order will be shipped together, unless otherwise specified.
If you wish to get in stock items quicker, please check out as a separate order.
Orders where everything is in stock will packed and shipped out within 5 business days. Transit times will depend on your location. Orders ship out of Maple Ridge, BC.
Pre-orders and backorders will ship according to the pre-order and backorder timelines, respectively.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
All orders ship out from Maple Ridge BC, and can use a variety of carriers, including but not limited to, Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or other local smaller private carriers.
If your location can only accept packages from specific carriers, please indicate this as a note during checkout. We will try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee delivery by that carrier.
Please make sure that the address is capable of receiving packages even if no one is home. There is no guarantee that packages can be delivered outside business hours of 9am - 5pm.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, if there is no place to drop off the package, or if it wasn't picked up in time at the post office.
If the package is returned to us, we will cancel and refund your order, less shipping and return fees charged to us.
HOW DOES PICKUP WORK?
During checkout, select Pick Up as your "delivery" option
There is no minimum purchase to qualify for free pickup.
Timeline: In-stock items will be ready for pick up in 3-5 business days (note: pre-order items always follow pre-order timeline)
Location: Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Burnaby, Langley
After your placed your order, fill out this form with your order number and select a pickup location.
When your order is ready, we will email you detailed instructions and arrange a time with you to pick up your order. Please check your spam folder, if you haven't heard from us in 5 business days!
Pick-up hours are by appointment only, and will be subject to availability.
NEED TO CHANGE DELIVERY OPTION?
Need a pickup order shipped? Or, want to combine orders to save on shipping? No problem! Submit a shipping request form with ALL your orders #, and we will take care of the rest for you. This is only applicable to open orders that hasn't been shipped yet, and you may be charged for shipping fees depending on your location or purchase amount.
