Refund policy
- We have a 14-day return policy: You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to request a return.
- We accept returns for unopened and unused items only
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us (please only send via tracked mail, as we cannot be responsible for lost items)
- Once the item arrives back to us and inspected to be in unused condition, we will refund the cost of the item to the original payment method
- If the item was found to be opened or used, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from the refund amount.
- If the return causes the order total to drop below the free shipping threshold of $149, the corresponding flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from the refund amount
- Note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Please email hello@yuto.ca to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and digital products.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
