Backorder FAQ
What is a backorder?
A backorder is buying items that will restock soon, and you are guaranteed to get the items ship to you when stock arrives.
How long will I get my order?
Usually within the month (often sooner) since it is already in transit. Estimated shipping date is noted directly in the listing. We try our best to ship by the listed date; however, we cannot guarantee arrival times.
What is the difference between backorder and pre-order?
Backorder | Pre-order | |
Product Selection | Limited to what is restocking soon. | Bigger selection. Get what you want. |
Stock Quantity | Limited, they can sell out. | Unlimited. As many as you want to order. |
Shipping Dates | Weeks since they already in transit. | Months as they are custom ordered. |
How can I tell if an item is a backorder?
The button to add the item to cart should say "Backorder" instead of "Add to Cart".
How does shipping work for backorders?
The same shipping policies apply. Orders over $149 are eligible for free shipping. Orders below that will be charged a flat rate.
Orders with pre-order, backorder and in-stock items will be held and are NOT shipped until ALL items arrive.
If you wish to get in-stock items quicker, please check out as a separate order.
